Shipping

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Holidays and peak sale times may alter your shipping timeframe.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Note: A signature is required for all packages over $500.

Returns

eugenie gladly accepts returns of full-priced merchandise for refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of in-store purchase or date of mail delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.

Sale merchandise, beauty, swimwear, lingerie, hair accessories, and any other item marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Jewelry must be returned in original packaging. All returns must be authorized by eugenie.

Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. A store credit will be issued with a gift receipt.

Please notify us of any returns that will be made via shipping at hello@eugeniedetroit.com. Lost return shipments are the responsibility of the sender.
